You provide data to Bimsense directly when you explicitly sign up to the newsletter or request a model upload using the form on the website or marketing channels.

In addition, we use a trusted data vendor, DnB Hoovers, to gather essential information on our addressable market for legitimate purposes. DnB Hoovers contacts not "Opted-out" for marketing from D&B or third parties. Therefore we can use this information for legitimate purposes, such as marketing to our addressable market for which our products and services are relevant.

How Will We Use Your Data?

Bimsense collects your data so that we can provide you emails with news, updates, and new products when you sign up to the newsletter mailing list. We will use your data just to contact you and identify your in-app user profile when you request your building data is entered into the mobile app.

How Do We Store Your Data?

Bimsense securely stores your data on database servers provided by DreamHost.com where the Operance.app website is hosted.

If you opt-in to receive marketing or the newsletter, your data will be stored in the HubSpot platform.

Access to your data is restricted to only users who require access to it and utilises multi-factor authentication to ensure it is kept safe.

Bimsense will keep your registration data for as long as your account is active. An account will be deemed inactive if it is not used for 12 months, at which point your data will be deleted from our systems. You will remain on the marketing and newsletter mailing list until you opt-out/unsubscribe at which point your data will be removed within 5 working days in accordance with our retention policy

If you have agreed to receive (opted-in to) marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Bimsense from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you request that your data, be removed from our database, we will do so within 5 working days, per our 5-day retention policy. This will give us enough time to verify and remove all information, as well as allow the database time to update and make any necessary changes if required.

• The Right to Object to Processing - You have the right to object to Bimsense’s processing of your personal data under certain conditions.

• The Right to Data Portability - You have the right to request that Bimsense transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you to use elsewhere, under certain conditions.
